Bo Berger

Bo Berger, CCP, is currently serving as the HR Operations Manager at Summit Racing Equipment since August 2021. Previously, Bo held the position of Sr. Manager, HRIS & Data Analytics at Dealer Tire from August 2020 to June 2021. At Signet, from January 2004 to August 2020, Bo advanced through various roles including Director of Workday & Talent Analytics, Director of Compensation, Manager of Compensation, and Analyst of Compensation and Diamond Merchandise. Bo holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from The University of Akron (1996-2000) and has been pursuing a Compensation certification (CCP) through World at Work since 2010.
