AUToSCAN-AI has developed NDicate™, an advanced AI-driven platform that integrates analysis algorithms across widely used NDI methods, including Visual Inspection, Ultrasonic (PAUT & TOFD), Thermography, Computed Tomography, and Digital Radiography.

NDicate processes inspection data in image form to automatically detect defects and extract critical attributes such as position, size, shape, and intensity. The platform combines established computer vision techniques with modern machine learning approaches, including Convolutional Neural Networks, enabling reliable defect detection, classification, and characterization.

A key capability of NDicate is its ability to learn from expert-validated datasets. By training on previously assessed inspection data, the system continuously expands its applicability, adapting to new inspection challenges and reducing reliance on manual interpretation.
