Andreas Lardon is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project planning, resource management, and engineering strategy. Currently serving as Manager of Global Planning, Reporting & Processes at ZF Group, Andreas leads efforts in R&D investments, tool development, and standardization processes. Prior roles at ZF Group include managing electrified testing and serving as an Engineering Strategy Specialist in E-Mobility. Previously, at Applus+ IDIADA, Andreas held positions as Technical Liaison Manager and CAE Product Coordinator, overseeing the German Offshore Development Center and coordinating projects in passive vehicle safety. Early experience includes an internship at Sapienza Università di Roma focusing on experimental investigations in engineering and work on interdisciplinary CAE projects at HTS. Andreas earned a Diplom-Ingenieur degree in Mechanical Engineering with a major in Aerospace Engineering from Technische Universität Dresden.
