Matthew Grande

F&i Forms Specialist

Matthew Grande is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer support and technology, currently serving as an F&I Forms Specialist at Autosoft DMS since September 2015, where responsibilities include programming forms for dealerships and providing adjustment support. Previously, as an F&I Support Specialist, Matthew offered troubleshooting assistance for Autosoft software and hardware installations. Prior to Autosoft, Matthew worked at Best Buy in various roles, including Home Theater Assistant and Home Entertainment Advisor, where expertise in customer consultation and installation of audio-visual systems was developed. Additional experience includes sales roles at Litehouse Pools and an internship at Wheatland Tube. Matthew is pursuing an Associate's degree in Information Technology from Southern New Hampshire University, following studies in Communications at the University of Pittsburgh.
