Joshua Wilson is an experienced professional with a robust background in retail operations and management within the automotive industry, currently serving as the Director of Retail Operations at AutoSavvy since May 2013. Wilson's expertise encompasses developing strategic sales plans, managing retail operations across multiple locations, and successfully transforming underperforming stores to achieve significant sales increases. Previous roles include Regional Manager of Development and various Store Manager positions, where Wilson demonstrated strong leadership skills through store openings, staff recruitment, and operational improvements. Additionally, Wilson has experience in accounting and internal auditing, holding degrees in Marketing and Accounting from Utah Valley University. Prior to the automotive sector, Wilson contributed to the youth wrestling community as a coach and managed painting projects as a foreman.
