Arnaldo Musto

Arnaldo Musto is currently the administrator for control and purchasing quality at Autostrade Meridionali. Prior to this, they worked at SOCIETA AUTOSTRADA TIRRENICA P.A. from August 2016 to February 2021 as the head of personnel, legal, company, control, and purchasing. Arnaldo's main responsibilities were to oversee the operational aspects of the employee management system and labor relations, guarantee the correct application of the employment contract, make sure that procedures, operational norms, and the formalization of company procurements were carried out correctly, provide assistance and advice to company structures on legal and contentious aspects, guarantee the management of accounts and reporting activities, prepare the annual budget, and monitor deviations. Arnaldo was also responsible for ensuring the procurement of goods, services, and supplies, as well as overseeing the entire process of awarding contracts in compliance with current regulations. In addition, they were in charge of ensuring communication with the Concedente, verifying the coherence, completeness, and timeliness of the documentation submitted by the structures. Arnaldo was also responsible for ensuring, for activities within their competence, assistance to the Supervisory Board and Vigilance Body, as well as ensuring the correct execution of the obligations relating to Shareholders' Meetings and those relating to corporate matters. Finally, they were responsible for implementing the provisions of current legislation on health and safety in the workplace and ensuring compliance with the obligations arising from environmental legislation.
