Cesare Mosca

Cesare Mosca serves as the Direttore Amministrazione e Pianificazione at Autostrade per l'Italia since January 2019, overseeing administrative and accounting processes, internal controls, and regulatory business planning. In addition, Mosca has held the position of Head of Finance Administration, responsible for financial statements and budgeting. Currently, Mosca is a member of the EFRAG Rate-Regulated Activities Working Group and serves on the boards of multiple companies including Amplia Infrastructures and Tecne - Gruppo Autostrade per l'Italia. Previous roles include Chief Accounting Officer and Controller at AB Concessões S.A., where responsibilities included finance administration and FP&A. Mosca's educational background features an Advanced Management Program from Luiss Business School, an MBA from MIP Politecnico di Milano, and a Master's degree in Economics from Università degli studi Roma TRE.
