Lorenzo Graziosi

Lorenzo Graziosi is an experienced professional in human resources and management engineering with a current role as Head of Training & Space Design at Autostrade per l'Italia since May 2019, where responsibilities include coordinating HR-related matters across local Business Units in Genoa, Florence, and Cassino. Previously held positions at the same company include Head of Training & PMO, PMO, Professional HR Business Partner, and Junior HR Business Partner. Prior to this, Lorenzo served as an HR Generalist and completed a Business Analyst internship at Khmer Green Charcoal, focusing on optimizing production processes.
