Valerio Fedele

Valerio Fedele serves as the Head of Group Internal Control System & Reporting at Autostrade per l'Italia since April 2021. In addition, Valerio holds the position of Deputy Co-Chair of the "Integrity & Compliance" Task Force at B20 from January 2024 to October 2024. Prior experience includes a tenure at EY, where Valerio progressed from Manager to Senior Manager between March 2012 and April 2021. As an External Consultant for TIM Brasil from July 2014 to November 2015, Valerio contributed to the establishment of the company's Risk Management function and the implementation of the Enterprise Risk Management process. Initial experience includes an internship at SELEX Systems Integration Ltd in September 2011. Valerio's educational background comprises a Master of Science in Management from LUISS Guido Carli University and a Bachelor's degree in Management from the University of Rome Tor Vergata, alongside ongoing studies in financial risk management at The London School of Economics and Political Science.
