Ronen Stein has a diverse work experience spanning across various roles and companies. Ronen began their career as a Technical Assistant at RAD Network Devices in 1992. Ronen then moved on to work as a Software Development Team Leader at IAF Computer Unit from 1993 to 1999, where they led a project to upgrade RT/Embedded systems and managed a software development team.

In 1999, Ronen joined Motorola and held multiple positions during their tenure. Ronen started as a Software Development Team Leader, establishing a task force to reduce memory usage and writing tools for RAM usage tracking. Ronen then became the Development Group Manager, leading the first 3rd-generation cellular platform development group. In this role, they managed software development, integration, and testing, as well as matrix management of various disciplines to produce a product.

Ronen's next role was as a Technical Project Manager at Motorola, where they provided technical management for engineering and matrix management of all product-related disciplines. After their time at Motorola, Ronen took on the role of VP R&D at a startup called Team of Light in 2010. Here, they managed software development, hardware integration, and the development of image processing advanced algorithms.

From 2010 to 2012, Ronen worked at Wisair as a SW Integration Team Leader, leading a team responsible for software integration, releases, and automation efforts. Ronen then joined Compass-EOS in 2012 as the SW Integration Manager, overseeing the development of breakthrough technology for improved internet architecture.

In 2016, Ronen joined Mellanox Technologies as a DevOps Manager, responsible for managing the DevOps team. Currently, they are working at Autotalks as the Director of QA & DevOps, where they lead the QA and DevOps team and ensures the quality and efficiency of product development and operations.

Ronen Stein attended Tel Aviv University from 1989 to 1993, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics & Computer Science. Prior to that, they attended Handesaim High School of the Tel Aviv University from 1986 to 1989. There is no information provided regarding Ronen's time at the Hi-Tech college.
