Michael Horne

Michael Horne has extensive work experience in the software industry. Michael started their career as a Software Developer at ProActive Integrators in 2006. Michael then transitioned to Korbitec, where they worked as a Software Developer from August 2006 to December 2011 and later as a Software Architect from January 2012 to March 2015. In 2015, they joined Property24 as a Software Architect. In 2018, they returned to AutoTraderSA as a Development Team Lead until February 2020. Currently, Michael holds the position of Chief Technology Officer at AutoTraderSA, starting from April 2023.

Michael Horne attended Rhodes University from 2002 to 2005, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Mathematical Statistics. Michael then pursued further studies at the same university in 2005, obtaining a Bachelor of Science Honours degree in Computer Science.
