Rick Murdock

Rick Murdock has a strong background in the modular construction industry. Rick co-founded Autovol in 2018 and currently serves as the CEO. Previously, they co-founded Prefab Logic, LLC in 2016, where they empowered architects, contractors, and developers to build modularly by overseeing the planning and construction process. Rick also acted as a liaison between builders and manufacturers. Before that, Rick co-founded GUERDON Modular Buildings in 2001 and served as the COO. In this role, they directed manufacturing operations, managed on-site construction, and acted as a project manager and liaison for commercial and residential building projects. Rick was also the VP of Operations for American Homestar (now Oak Creek Homes) from 1995 to 1999, where they oversaw 10 manufacturing facilities and managed sales, marketing, and servicing of modular buildings.
