Diana Deac is an experienced HR Manager at Autoworld since January 2008, specializing in recruitment and selection, training and development, performance evaluation, career development, and labor relations management. With a solid background in assessing training needs and implementing tailored training programs, Diana has effectively motivated staff through innovative solutions. Prior to Autoworld, Diana served as a Trainer at the Regional Centre of Adult Education Cluj-Napoca, accumulating over 3500 training hours, and worked as an HR consultant at European Expres Job.
