Ala Nuseibeh has over 13 years of work experience in the human resources field. In 2007, they began their career as a Manpower Planning and Recruitment Officer at Arab Bank. Three years later, they moved to Nader Group as a Senior HR Officer & Analyst. In 2012, they joined Bayt.com as a Corporate Recruitment Specialist. In 2014, they were hired by Flexton Inc. as a Lead Technical Recruiter. In 2018, they took on the role of Head of Talent Acquisition and Corporate Recruiter at AutoX Inc.

Ala Nuseibeh obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Management Information System from the University of Petra in 2007, having started in 2002.
