Jill A. Soltau

Jill A. Soltau, 51, has been a director since May 2018. She has been the Chief Executive Officer of J. C. Penney Company, Inc. since October 15, 2018. She was the President and Chief Executive Officer of JOANN Stores, the nation’s largest craft and fabric retailer, from February 2015 through October 2018. Prior to joining JOANN, Ms. Soltau served as President of Shopko Stores and has held senior level positions in national and regional retailers, including Kohl's and former Saks Inc. subsidiaries.
