Tonya Campbell

Tonya Campbell has extensive experience in customer relations and account management, currently serving as a Senior Customer Relations Manager at AutoZone since January 2006. In this role, Tonya oversees credit collection and cash application activities, focusing on National Account Management, Collections Management, and Customer Relationship Management to enhance customer service, boost sales, and resolve payment disputes. Prior to AutoZone, Tonya held multiple managerial positions at Panalpina from 2000 to 2006, including Manager of National Accounts and Accounts Receivable Manager. Tonya earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Strayer University, completing the degree in 2013, and graduated from Whitehaven High School in 1989.
