Mads Robin Vernstad Kåsmo

Mads Robin Vernstad Kåsmo is a seasoned software engineering leader currently overseeing software engineering at Autronica Fire and Security AS since September 2023, where leadership of multiple teams and agile methodology implementation are key responsibilities. Previously, Mads served as Chapter Lead and Engineering Lead at Sportradar from May 2020 to August 2023, managing a team with line management responsibilities. Mads has significant experience as a software developer at companies such as Sticos, Nasjonalbiblioteket (The National Library of Norway), EVRY, and Statens innkrevingssentral, contributing to various projects ranging from application development to digitizing processes. Mads holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Nord University, completed between 2003 and 2007.
