Katie Matkins

Katie Matkins has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Katie began their career as a Senior Counselor at Camp Sea Gull and Camp Seafarer in 2018. In 2019, Katie had two internships, first as a Student Intern at HottyToddy.com, where they gained experience in writing and publishing feature stories. Katie then worked as a Production Intern at Kim Brattain Media.

In 2015, Katie joined KK Bloom Boutique as a Stylist and Sales Associate, where they honed their skills in customer service and styling. Katie then moved on to Jaya Apparel Group, LLC in 2021, starting as a Public Relations and E-Commerce Intern before being promoted to the role of Public Relations Coordinator. Later, they took on the position of Marketing and Public Relations Coordinator, showcasing their versatility in both areas.

Most recently, Katie joined Autumn Communications in 2022 as a Junior Account Executive. With this varied background, Katie has developed a strong foundation in public relations, marketing, sales, and communication skills.

Katie Matkins obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Integrated Marketing Communications from the University of Mississippi, where they attended from 2017 to 2021.
