Soroh Levi

Soroh Levi is an accomplished healthcare professional with extensive experience in nursing and administrative roles. Currently serving as the Regional MDS Coordinator at Autumn Lake Healthcare since May 2016, Soroh previously worked as an MDS Coordinator at Lakeland Health Care Center from December 2012 to May 2016 and as an RN at Friedwald Center for Rehabilitation & Nursing from August 2012 to June 2013. Responsibilities in nursing included medication administration, wound care, and specialized patient care. Soroh's career in administration began at Sunshine Adult Day Health Care Center, where vital duties included supervising nursing disciplines, auditing patient charts, managing schedules, and developing internal policies. Soroh holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from Thomas Edison State University and an Associate’s Degree in Registered Nursing from the Phillips School of Nursing at Mount Sinai Beth Israel.
