Allicia Martin

Allicia Martin's work experience begins with their role as Operations Manager at Auvenir, which they have held since December 2017. In this role, they are responsible for improving key lifecycle processes, managing the HRIS system and HR policies, collaborating with the external payroll team, and identifying opportunities for improvement within the team.

Prior to their current position, Allicia was self-employed as the Designer/Owner of Dear Frankie starting in October 2010.

From February 2016 to December 2017, Allicia worked as an Office Manager at Auvenir - A Deloitte Venture.

Before that, Allicia was a Manager at The Lucky Penny from August 2015 to February 2016.
