Pete Myers

Pete Myers has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Pete started their career as a Field Technician at Memorial University of Newfoundland in 2003. Pete then worked as a General Manager at the Natural Healing Centre, where they successfully redesigned marketing strategies and improved business efficiency. Pete also served as the General Manager at Acta Herb Inc., where they contributed to the overall growth of the company. In 2007, they founded their own company, Advanced Marketing Aus & NZ, and successfully launched and promoted several products in multiple countries. Pete also founded Nexus Carshare and served in an Operations role. Pete later joined the Department of Sport and Recreation as a Regional Manager and was responsible for prioritizing objectives and restructuring the regional staffing. Pete then pursued their MBA from Ryerson University, specializing in Management of Technology and Innovation. During this time, they received the Ryerson Gold Medal and served as the VP Finance of the MBA Student Association. In 2014, Pete co-founded Bay Street Labs before taking on the role of CEO at Auvenir in 2016.

Pete Myers obtained an Advanced Diploma in Health Science - Naturopathy from the Perth Academy of Natural Therapies from 1998 to 2004. Later, from 2012 to 2013, they pursued their Bachelor's Degree in Health, Ageing and Community Services from the University of New England (AU). Finally, from 2013 to 2014, Pete completed their Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Management Technology & Innovation from Ryerson University.
