Yvonne Zhang

Yvonne Zhang has extensive work experience in software development and project management. Yvonne is currently the Vice President of Software Development at Auvenir since June 2021. In this role, they are responsible for leading the development of enterprise and commercial cloud applications for audit digital transformation. Prior to this, Yvonne held the position of Director of Software Development at Auvenir from June 2019 to June 2021. Yvonne re-architected the application's platform and managed a team of 200+ employees.

Before joining Auvenir, Yvonne served as a Software Development Manager at the same company from July 2018 to May 2019. Yvonne managed a team of 70+ developers and implemented various processes to improve team collaboration and productivity. Yvonne also identified and implemented architectural improvements to enhance developer efficiency and product reliability.

Prior to their time at Auvenir, Yvonne worked at MDA as a Technical Project Leader from April 2001 to May 2018. In this role, they managed multimillion-dollar projects with a focus on Waterfall and Agile project management practices. Yvonne was responsible for the development and implementation of N-tier business applications and played a key role in continuous integration, release automation, and DevOps processes.

Earlier in their career, Yvonne worked at Intel Corporation as a Business Systems Analyst from October 1997 to January 2001. Yvonne developed web applications and client/server report applications using various technologies such as Visual Interdev, ASP, Powerbuilder, and SQL.

Yvonne Zhang has a Master's degree in Management Science from the University of Waterloo. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Fudan University.
