Yasir Ghouri

Yasir Ghouri, FCA, currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Auvitronics Limited since September 2020, leading the Finance function and collaborating with executive leadership on strategic planning and decisions. Previously, Yasir held the position of Head of Group Internal Audit at House of Habib from January 2016 to September 2020, where responsibilities included independent appraisals of financial controls and business risk management. Other notable roles include Head of Internal Audit at Arif Habib Group, Head of Internal Audit & Compliance at AKD Investment Management Limited, and Audit Supervisor at KPMG Taseer Hadi & Co. Yasir has also contributed as a Visiting Faculty Member at several educational institutions. Academic qualifications include ACA from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan and a Master’s in Economics from Karachi University.
