In 2017, they co-founded and served as Director of Tempest, Inc., an online alcohol treatment company backed by Maveron, Slow Ventures and Female Founders Fund. In 2019, they were Partner and Entrepreneur In Residence at AlleyCorp, and also co-founded and served as Executive Chairman and co-Founder of Diana Health (We're Hiring!), a best-in-class women's healthcare experience backed by LRV, .406 and AlleyCorp. In 2020, they were Executive Chairman and co-Founder of Pearl Health, which gives primary care physicians increased autonomy, incentives that are aligned with better outcomes and actionable intelligence, and also Executive Chairman and co-Founder of Affect Therapeutics. Jeffrey also served as Director of Capable Health, a SaaS platform that helps care teams close the loop between content and patient engagement. In 2022, they will be Executive Chairman and co-Founder of SynapseBio, Nightingale Health and EnSage Health.
Jeffrey De Flavio, MD received their Doctor of Medicine (MD) from Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth, their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, and their Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from The George Washington University.
