Ramsey Al-Hakim

Ramsey Al-Hakim is a highly experienced vascular and interventional radiologist, currently serving at Scripps Health since July 2021 and previously at Oregon Health & Science University from July 2017 to June 2021. In addition to clinical practice, Ramsey Al-Hakim is the founder and CEO of Auxetics, a role undertaken since July 2019. Education includes a Doctor of Medicine degree from the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA, complemented by a residency in Diagnostic Radiology at UCLA and a fellowship in Vascular and Interventional Radiology at the Miami Cardiac & Vascular Institute. Early education includes a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and an internship in Internal Medicine at Tulane University School of Medicine. Notably, Ramsey Al-Hakim was also the Chief Resident during the Diagnostic Radiology residency program at UCLA from 2015 to 2016.
