Birinder'sresponsibilities included re-engineering existing technologies, designing and architecting components for QuarkXPress, and reviewing designs of other components.

Birinder'scareer began as a Software Trainee at QuarkXPress EastAsian language product, where they implemented support for Multi Byte Character Sets and worked on porting components to different frameworks.

Birinder Singh completed their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Computer Science from Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar from 1999 to 2003. Birinder then pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) in Software Systems from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani from 2004 to 2006. In addition to their formal education, they obtained various certifications, including a Diploma in UiPath AI Fabric from UiPath in August 2020, and certifications in Figuring Out Your Next Move, Guy Kawasaki on Entrepreneurship, Strategic Thinking, PMP Certification Training, Inbound Marketing Certified, and RPA Certified Developer, obtained from various institutions including LinkedIn, Simplilearn, and HubSpot Academy, between 2018 and 2019.
