Of course learning is essential, so we've developed an approach to teaching leadership that is practical and logical, which is especially effective with engineering leaders.

Implementing the best methodology is also full of challenges, because product development is complicated. The complexity includes the product/system itself, risks associated with new development, managing costs, and the organizational complexity needed to support end-to-end development. Leading and managing rapid development efficiently is beyond the abilities of many teams without expert support.

Our team's product development leadership experience averages a couple decades in many industries including communication equipment, industrial machinery, medical devices, transportation, consumer products, computers, test & measurement and others. Because of the need for agility in product development, we developed the Modified Agile for Hardware Development (MAHD) framework, and we leverage MAHD elements as a key part of our support approach.
