We help teams develop products faster and more efficiently. Every executive wants that, but it's far from easy with infinite ways to approach it. Two fundamental areas almost always need improvement:

1. Leadership
2. Methodology

Our focus is helping product development leaders to be more effective by coaching them through real-world challenges. Because leadership is complex with an enormous range of abilities and unique problems, coaching is generally a better way to develop leaders than a training solution. It's also a much better way to get results quickly. Of course learning is essential, so we've developed an approach to teaching leadership that is practical and logical, which is especially effective with engineering leaders.

Implementing the best methodology is also full of challenges, because product development is complicated. The complexity includes the product/system itself, risks associated with new development, managing costs, and the organizational complexity needed to support end-to-end development. Leading and managing rapid development efficiently is beyond the abilities of many teams without expert support.

Our team's product development leadership experience averages a couple decades in many industries including communication equipment, industrial machinery, medical devices, transportation, consumer products, computers, test & measurement and others. Because of the need for agility in product development, we developed the Modified Agile for Hardware Development (MAHD) framework, and we leverage MAHD elements as a key part of our support approach. Our clients benefit from a broad perspective and deep knowledge of product development.

Our service areas include:

* Agile NPD Transformation (physical, manufactured products/systems)
* Agile Project Management Coaching & Training
* Engineering Leadership Coaching & Training
* Interim Product Development Leadership
