Anand Subramaniam

Anand Subramaniam currently serves as the Chief Business Officer at Auxilo Finserve Private Limited since January 2025. Prior to this role, Anand was the Senior Director of Education Loan & Personal Loan at Northern Arc Capital from January 2022 to January 2025. At Bank of Baroda, Anand held the position of Business Head - Education Loan from July 2017 to December 2021, where significant improvements were made to the bank's product portfolio, resulting in a book value of INR 25 billion and a reduction in non-performing assets. Anand also held leadership positions at Avanse Financial Services Ltd., First Blue Housing Finance Limited, AIG Home Finance India Limited, Citifinancial Consumer Finance India Ltd, American Express, ICICI Bank, and Ford Credit Kotak Mahindra. Anand obtained an MBA in Marketing from the Institute for Technology and Management, completing studies in 1994.
