Kathryn Baker has over 20 years of professional experience. Kathryn began their career at Ingersoll Rand in 2000, where they held various roles including Business Unit Manager - Dispensing Solutions, Global Marketing Manager, Industry Manager, and Area Business Manager, Material Handling. In 2009, they became President of Baker and Company Enterprises, Inc. and in 2010, they began working as an Adjunct Associate Professor at Walsh College. In 2020, they Co-founded Open Book Selling, which provides sales leadership, coaching and training for mid-sized organizations. In 2022, they were appointed Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at Auxiom.
Kathryn Baker has a Doctorate of Management in Executive Leadership from Walsh College, which they obtained between 2008 and 2014. Kathryn also has an MBA from Walsh College, which they obtained between 2001 and 2004. Her undergraduate degree is a B.S. in Industrial Management from the Georgia Tech Scheller College of Business, which they obtained between 1989 and 1992. In addition, they have obtained three certifications: Certified Partner, Sales Force Evaluations & Sales Candidate Assessments from the Objective Management Group in July 2021, Certified Conversational Intelligence\u00ae Coach from the CreatingWE Institute in August 2019, and Organizational Culture Inventory\u00ae and Organizational Effectiveness Inventory\u00ae (OCI/OEI) from Human Synergistics in September 2018.
