Keith Sayewitz

Keith leads the Business Transformation and Management Consulting practice at Auxis and brings more than 25 years of consulting and industry experience. Keith specializes in helping companies drive increased profitability and lower cost structures through process optimization, technology enablement, analytics and back office optimization.

Prior to Auxis, Keith held leadership roles with DHL, KPMG, PRC and Blockbuster Video where he specialized in largescale transformation programs, helping companies modernize their operations through a combination of operating model redesign and technology enablement.

In addition to his consulting and industry experience, Keith also has a deep background in shared services across Customer Care, Finance and IT Operations and has been assisting customers drive effective solutions for more than 20 years. Keith has led programs to open shared-service centers in Asia, Europe, North America and Latin America.
