Aritra Das Gupta has extensive experience in supply chain management. Aritra is currently serving as the Director of Supply Chain Management at Auxly, where they oversee the management of the entire supply chain for the company's consumer packaged goods products sold across Canada. Their responsibilities include S&OP, demand planning, supply planning, production planning, capacity planning, contract manufacturing, inventory management, warehouse flow, freight, contract negotiations, business analytics, system implementation, process improvement, and budgeting. Aritra leads and manages multiple teams within the supply chain functions.

Prior to their current role, Aritra served as the Director of Operations and Supply Chain at New Wave Global Services Inc., where they managed the North America operations and supply chain for household cleaning and personal care products. Aritra was responsible for S&OP, production planning, contract manufacturing, 3PL partners, demand and supply planning, procurement, inventory management, contract negotiations, business analytics, system implementation, process improvement, and budgeting.

Aritra also worked at RATIONAL AG as the Director of Operations and Supply Chain, where they were a key member of the Canadian and North America leadership teams. Their responsibilities included S&OP, order management, distribution operations, transportation management, demand and supply planning, customer service, purchasing, procurement, contract negotiations, supply chain analytics, supply chain KPI creation and measurement, supply chain systems implementation and management (SAP key user), and budgeting.

In their previous roles, Aritra served as the National Supply Chain Planning Lead - Consumer at Revlon Inc., the National Demand and Supply Chain Planner at Loblaw Companies Limited, and held various positions at Archway Marketing Services, SSB Associates, GE Capital, ICICI Bank, and Blue Dart.

Aritra holds an MBA in Supply Chain Management and has expertise in inventory management, supply planning, demand planning, supply chain reporting, SAP, business intelligence, data analytics, and supply and demand planning systems.

Aritra Das Gupta has a diverse educational background in the field of business and supply chain management. In 1998, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Bangalore University. Later, in 2002, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from IBS Hyderabad, further enhancing their business knowledge and skills. In 2011, they attended Humber College for a Post Graduate degree in Supply Chain Management. Currently, they are in progress to obtain the Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) certification from APICS.
