Daniel Drummer

CFO at auxmoney

Daniel Drummer is currently the CFO at auxmoney. Prior to this, they were a member of the working group for the Future of AI and Automation in Financial Services at the World Economic Forum. Their work there was focused on establishing a taxonomy for how AI and automation will change financial services in the near and medium term, understanding how AI and automation will impact stakeholders across financial services, society, and the public sector, and understanding appropriate governance for rapid changes to the financial and monetary system driven by technology.

Before their work at the World Economic Forum, Mr. Drummer was the Global Lead for Data Analytics in Digital Strategy & Fintech at JPMorgan Chase & Co. There they were responsible for data strategy, architecture, and engineering for the firm’s digital capabilities including mobile banking, website, and online investing.

Mr. Drummer is also a co-founder of TonalityTech, a startup that developed an AI platform to help businesses automate their customer support conversations. Daniel served as the company’s Junior Engagement Manager from April 2015 to July 2016.

Daniel Drummer has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with Distinction from the University of Oxford, a Doctorate (Ph.D.) in Applied Computer Science summa cum laude from The University of Freiburg, and is a Visiting Fellow at Harvard University. Daniel also has a Master of Laws (LL.M) in Mergers & Acquisitions from the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management, and a Bachelor of Honours in Finance from the Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW). Daniel is also a CFA Charterholder from the CFA Institute.
