Dr. Arkadius Schuchhardt has extensive work experience in the field of data engineering, data architecture, and data science. Dr. Arkadius is currently working as a Senior Data Engineer & Data Architect at auxmoney since April 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Vorwerk Elektrowerke GmbH & Co KG as a Data Engineer from October 2021 to March 2022. Dr. Arkadius also served as a Data Scientist at auxmoney from January 2018 to December 2021. Before entering the industry, Dr. Schuchhardt held positions as a Quality Manager and Project Manager at Fraunhofer IMS from October 2015 to December 2017, and as a Project Manager and Product Manager for CMOS manufacturing at Fraunhofer-Institut für Mikroelektronische Schaltungen from February 2013 to September 2015. Dr. Arkadius began their career as a Research Assistant and Ph.D. Candidate at the University of Duisburg-Essen in January 2008, where they led research projects in experimental semiconductor physics, focusing on data analysis, statistical modeling, algorithm development, programming, and data visualization. Dr. Arkadius also published and presented scientific results in international journals and conferences.
Dr. Arkadius Schuchhardt completed their education in physics at the University of Duisburg-Essen. From 2002 to 2008, they pursued a Diplom degree in Physics at the university. Subsequently, they continued their studies at the same institution and obtained a Dr. rer. nat. degree in Physics from 2008 to 2013.
In addition to their formal education, Dr. Schuchhardt has also obtained several certifications. These include a Functional Programming in Scala Specialization from Coursera in August 2020, a Data Structures and Software Design certification from edX in August 2019, and a Deep Learning Specialization from Coursera in May 2019. Dr. Arkadius also completed an Applied Data Science with Python Specialization from Coursera in December 2018 and a Julia Scientific Programming certification from Coursera in April 2018.
Furthermore, Dr. Schuchhardt acquired certifications in various other subjects, such as Getting and Cleaning Data (R), R Programming, The Data Scientist's Toolbox, Machine Learning, Data Structures, Algorithmic Toolbox, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Game Theory, Robotics, and Supply Chain Fundamentals. These certifications were obtained between 2017 and 2018 from platforms like Coursera and edX.
