Laura VALENCIA

Laura Valencia has a diverse work experience in the finance industry. Laura started their career as an Internal Auditor at Bancolombia in 2007, where they worked until 2008. Laura then continued their career at Bancolombia as a Quantitative Risk Analyst from 2010 to 2014. In 2017, Laura joined Deutsche Bank as an Intern for a few months before becoming an Operations Analyst. Laura worked in this role for a year, from 2017 to 2018. After that, Laura worked as a Financial Analyst at Cardtronics from 2020 to 2021. Following that, they served as a Finance Manager at a Fintech company in stealth mode from 2021 to 2022. Currently, they are working as a Junior Risk Analyst at auxmoney, starting in September 2022.

Laura Valencia holds a diverse educational background. Laura began their education journey in 2004 and attended the Universidad Nacional de Colombia, where they earned their Bachelor's degree in Statistics, graduating in 2010. In order to expand their knowledge and skills, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Buenos Aires from 2008 to 2009. Additionally, Laura obtained a Specialization in Finance from Institución Universitaria ITM between 2011 and 2012. Continuing their academic pursuits, they enrolled at Universität Trier from 2014 to 2020, where they completed their Master of Science in Economics.
