Susan Rousseau

Susan Rousseau is an experienced professional in the financial services sector, currently serving as Client Partner at Auxo Solutions since July 2024 and as an advisor for DreamLoad Ventures, a 501(c)(3), since April 2024. Additionally, Susan contributes as an Advisory Board Member for PiLog Group, also starting in April 2024. Prior to these roles, Susan held several senior positions at State Street from May 2017 to April 2024, including SVP of Productivity Solutions and Enlighten Consultancy, Global Head of Digital Strategy and Emerging Business, and Head of Global Markets Operations. From June 2010 to August 2021, Susan was a member of the Board of Trustees and the Executive Committee at the Mass Technology Leadership Council. At Fidelity Investments, from January 2007 to January 2017, Susan served in various senior leadership roles, including SVP of Asset Management Technology and SVP of Retail Distribution & Operations Services. Susan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biopsychology from Saint Anselm College and an MBA from Simmons University.
