Dominic Williams has over 20 years of professional experience in various roles. Dominic began their career in 1998 as an Executive Officer at Jet Airways. In 2002, they were a Subject Matter Expert at Enhanced Customer Care Solutions. In 2003, they worked as a Training Consultant at Evolve IP. Dominic then worked as a Senior Subject Matter Expert at Intelenet Global Services from 2006 to 2007. From 2007 to 2014, they were a Group Lead - Sales & Training at Sutherland Global Services. Since 2017, they have been the Territory Development Director at Auzmor, where they help organizations positively impact their people with a user-friendly Learning Management Solution.

Dominic Williams attended the University of Madras, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Business Administration and Management, General and a Master of Business Administration - MBA in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.
