Mitali Poddar

Mitali Poddar has had a varied work experience. In 2016, they began their career as an Intern at ESSENCIA EVENTS PRIVATE LIMITED. In 2018, they moved on to become a Business Development Executive at Lotus Events and Productions. In 2019, Mitali was a Business Development Executive at The Ritz-Carlton, Pune. In 2020, they joined American Technology Consulting - ATC as a Human Resources Specialist. Currently, Mitali is a Senior Sales & Customer Success Manager at Auzmor, where they also previously held the role of Customer Success Manager and Talent Acquisition Specialist. In their role as Talent Acquisition Specialist, Mitali was responsible for helping clients bridge technology and process gaps to accelerate growth.

Mitali Poddar completed their Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Amity University between 2013 and 2016. Mitali then went on to pursue their Master of Arts in Public Relations and Event Management at Amity University, which they completed in 2018.
