I started AV Labor Corp to fill the growing need for turn-key installation services. I’m a lifelong AV industry professional with expertise in AV systems engineering, technical team management, sales, service and support. As a builder of high functioning technical teams and productive work environments, I’ve assembled a network of talented AV professionals.

Growth trends in the AV industry has created an even greater reliance on subcontracted labor. As companies look to manage costs and still meet the needs of their customers. Finding skilled subcontracted talent has become increasingly difficult. To meet these needs, I’ve built a company that takes subcontract labor to an uncommon level.

Our focus is on seeing projects to completions including commissioning. What sets us apart from the pack is we take complete ownership of a project. Many of our clients have limited or no field resources in the New England region. They rely on our ability to deliver. For other clients, we help reduce the pressure on internal commissioning resources by handling the mid-tier projects that are just beyond the skills level of most subcontractors.
