Jason Nicholas, PMP

Jason Nicholas, PMP has a diverse work experience in project management and AV technology spanning over 15 years. Jason is currently working as a Project Manager at A-V Services, Inc. since April 2023. Prior to this, they served as an AV Integration Project Manager at Astreya from November 2021 to March 2023.

Before their current roles, Jason was self-employed as a Project Manager from April 2019 to November 2021. Jason also gained valuable experience at JPMorgan Chase, where they worked as a Service Delivery Project Manager from October 2013 to April 2019. During their tenure at JPMorgan Chase, Jason excelled in various roles, including event production and AV support, Risk and Controls Operations, Integrated AV Service Manager, and QlikView dashboard developer.

Prior to JPMorgan Chase, Jason worked as a Multimedia Event Technician at Yorktel from April 2012 to October 2013. Jason provided onsite support for BASF, a leading chemical company, and conducted training sessions on Smart Board technology. Jason also oversaw video production and AV support globally.

From September 2009 to April 2012, Jason served as an AV Technician/Bridge Operator at AVI-SPL, where they provided primary AV support for Barclays Capital. Before that, they worked as an Audio Visual Coordinator at Swank Audio Visuals from January 2009 to April 2009, and as an Event Technology Specialist at PSAV from January 2008 to January 2009.

Throughout their career, Jason Nicholas, PMP has demonstrated strong project management skills and a deep understanding of AV technology. Their experience spans various industries, and they have consistently delivered successful projects and implemented effective solutions.

Jason Nicholas, PMP, began their education journey in 2006, attending Full Sail University for a year until 2007. During this time, they pursued an Associate of Science degree in Recording Arts. In October 2019, Jason further bolstered their qualifications by obtaining two additional certifications. The first certification, Scrum Fundamentals Certified (SFC), was obtained from SCRUMstudy. The second certification, Project Management Professional (PMP), was earned from PMI - New Jersey Chapter (PMINJ).
