AV Talent was founded in 2019 and are part of the Key Selection Group, a nationwide group of recruitment businesses with their own specialisations. 

Originally, AV Talent was known as MiGrowth, a technology recruitment partner working across the entire Technology landscape with a particular focus on Sales recruitment.

After Covid, our business evolved, focusing more and more on AV based recruitment requirements. With this more focused specialisation, it was decided that MiGrowth needed a name that was more aligned to its industry and AV Talent was born.

AV Talent recruits Sales & Technical staff across the UK & Europe and works with AV Events and AV Systems Integration organisations.
