Kevin Chen

Kevin Chen is the current Director of Strategic Operations at Ava Labs. Prior to joining Ava Labs, Kevin was with SoftBank Group International as an Interim Chief of Staff and Associate from January 2019 to December 2022. Before that, Kevin was a Consultant at Keystone Strategy from January 2016 to December 2019. Kevin's previous experience also includes working as a Summer Associate at General Catalyst from January 2015 to December 2015, where they were involved in blockchain / crypto investments.

Kevin Chen majored in computer science and religion at Dartmouth College.

Kevin Chen reports to Emin Gun Sirer, Founder & CEO. Kevin Chen works with John Wu - President, Ted Yin - Chief Protocol Architect, and Chris Lavery - CFO.
