James Clinch

James Clinch currently serves as UK Sales for AVA of Norway since September 2022. Previously, James was the Head of Machinery Sales at JMS from January 2021 to September 2022, where responsibilities included recruiting and managing a diverse team, establishing commission structures, and sourcing sustainable products. Notable accomplishments at JMS included securing exclusive distribution rights and designing unique equipment. Prior experience includes a role as Sales Manager at Trafalgar Cleaning Equipment Ltd from July 2007 to January 2021, where James led a team of sales representatives and achieved significant revenue growth while transitioning through various managerial roles. James holds a BSc (Hons) from Oxford Brookes University.
