Bharat Bawane

Bharat Bawane is an experienced engineer specializing in mechanical and electrical maintenance within the renewable energy and technology sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Engineer in Solar Module Maintenance at Avaada Group since September 2025, Bharat previously held various roles at STL - Sterlite Technologies Limited from July 2018 to September 2025, including Maintenance Officer and Maintenance Incharge, where responsibilities included leading maintenance efforts, executing preventive measures, and implementing projects to enhance productivity and safety. Earlier experience at Mahindra and Mahindra Limited as a Mechanical Engineer involved conducting machine audits, developing defect prevention tools, and collaborating on facility and tool design. Bharat holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from VMIT College of Engineering and a diploma from Government Polytechnic Gondia.
