David Heringhaus

David Heringhaus is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership consulting and human resources across various industries. As a Principal Consultant at Avaap since July 2016, David supports clients of all sizes throughout the U.S. In addition, David has been providing leadership consulting services through Heringhaus Consulting, focusing on enhancing leadership credibility, managing organizational change, and driving effective communication. Prior roles include Vice President of Stores HR and Leadership Development at Lane Bryant, Director of Education and Development at Charming Shoppes, and Director of Change Management at Lincoln Financial Group. David's expertise in organization development began at Alliance Data, where significant contributions were made in implementing HR interventions and executive coaching. David holds a Master’s degree in Adult Education from The Ohio State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame.
