Kimberly Dressel has extensive experience in operations and management, currently serving as a Senior Manager of People Operations at Avaap since January 2012. Previously, Kimberly held the role of Operations Manager at Navigator Management Partners, which has since merged with Avaap, and contributed to various operational and community engagement activities. Prior experience includes Co-Director of Children's Ministries at Peace Lutheran Church, where Kimberly managed programs for 150 children, and a Director at NCR Corporation overseeing IT infrastructure deployment. Additionally, Kimberly worked as a Project Manager and Senior Systems Consultant at Accenture, where project management and systems development were key responsibilities. Kimberly holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Purdue University Daniels School of Business.
