Stacy Dunbar

Stacy Dunbar, MEd, ACC, SPHR, PMP, is a seasoned organizational change management consultant with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as Principal Consultant at Avaap since October 2019, Stacy leads organizational change management for ERP system implementations in large hospital groups. Previously, as Director of Compliance Creative Solutions at Nationwide Insurance, responsibilities included overseeing compliance training, while roles as Senior Consultant and in Talent Management involved fostering a culture of recognition. With a foundational career starting as a Senior Change Leader at Ashland Inc., Stacy’s expertise encompasses change management, marketing, and operational efficiency. Academic qualifications include a Master of Education in Global Human Resources Development from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor’s in Business and Communications from Point Loma Nazarene University.
