Luis Morago

Luis Morago serves as the Senior Director of Campaigns Team Learning and Development at Avaaz, a position held since November 2008, where responsibilities include designing training programs and interventions to enhance a high-performing campaign team. Prior to this role, Morago was the Campaign Director at the European Parliament in 2023, focusing on community engagement initiatives for the 2023-24 campaign. As the Founder of Natural Working & Ministerio del Café from December 2015 to December 2018, Morago created a multifunctional community space for entrepreneurs. Previous experience includes leading the EU Advocacy Office at Oxfam and temporary leadership roles at ActionAid International. Morago holds various degrees, including a Master’s in Development and Humanitarian Practice from Oxford Brookes University and multiple certifications in coaching and leadership.
