Tim Thompson is the Founder, President, and CEO of AvaDent by Global Dental Science, a company specializing in digital removable prosthodontics with over 80 patents for high-quality dental prosthetics since September 2010. In addition, Tim Thompson serves as a Partner at Secure Financial Management, providing consultancy for the Dental Industry. Previously, Tim Thompson held leadership roles as COO at 3M-IMTEC and CEO at both IMTEC, Inc. and HYTEC Inc., overseeing business operations. Early career experience includes serving as Group Leader at Los Alamos National Laboratory from 1985 to 1996. Tim Thompson earned a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of New Mexico and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from New Mexico State University.
