Keith Daniels

Keith Daniels has a strong background in finance and executive leadership roles. Keith currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Avadim Holdings, Inc. since August 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Partner at Carl Marks Advisors starting in March 2009. From October 2010 to October 2011, they held the role of CFO & COO at Town and Country Living. Keith also worked as the CFO at Ascendia Brands from 2007 to 2009. Before that, they served as the Vice President Finance at Newell Rubbermaid from 2002 to 2007. Keith gained financial planning and analysis experience during their role as the Director Financial Planning & Analysis at Philips Consumer Electronics from 2001 to 2002. Keith began their career as a Finance Manager at The Walt Disney Company from 1997 to 2001 and as a Finance Manager/Distribution Supervisor at McMaster-Carr from 1992 to 1996.

Keith Daniels earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Princeton University, which they attended from 1988 to 1992. Keith later pursued an MBA from Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business, completing the program from 1996 to 1998. In addition to their degrees, Keith obtained the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification from the Commonwealth of Virginia in October 2007, and from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in October 2013.
