Sarah Byrdziak

Sarah Byrdziak is an experienced educational professional with a diverse background in administrative support, teaching, and student services. Currently serving as the Administrative Coordinator at Avail Academy since August 2019, Sarah manages office operations while fostering student engagement in faith and service. Additionally, as the Assistant to the Director of Student Services at Spring Lake Park Schools, Sarah supports special education initiatives for students aged birth to 21. With a history of impactful roles at Connections Academy and Regency Beauty Institute, Sarah has demonstrated excellence in coaching, mentoring, and process improvement. Sarah holds a B.A. in Social Studies Education from St. Olaf College and has a proven track record of enhancing student performance and ensuring quality service in various educational settings.
